Week 4 - Day 2

Went to the gym after work since I didn't go this morning. It was good. Shoulders and some abs and then I just did some walking afterwards. I also weighed myself on the scale they have there, the same one I weighed myself on a couple weeks ago I've lost about 7 pounds. So that's encouraging.

Been really struggling with feeling positive the last few days, probably has a lot to do with being sick. Also I feel under a lot of pressure to quickly get into better shape. So I feel like I will never get there. But I think I can't worry about that. I need to stay focused on doing what I can do. That's all that is fit to print.

You should post the stuff not fit to print too.

I've found myself struggling too. Wondering why I bother some days. And I feel so tired and.... "not positive" lately too which doesn't help.

Hey hey,

7 lbs is 7 lbs!! Great job dude. To put it into perspective, I recommend finding weights (or an object) that weighs around 7 lbs and walk around with it for a few minutes. Makes you realize how much 7 lbs really is.

The small wins method makes it easier too. Many small wins will equal a large one, especially if you stack your weight loss progress. Keep it up!!
