Week 4 - Day 5

Went to the gym in the morning. Had a great chest workout.

Chest

As Superset (x3)

  1. Flat Dumbell Press - 35lbs x 15
  2. Dumbell Oaks - 20lbs x 15
  3. Cable Incline Press - 50lbs x 15
  1. Decline Bench - 35lbs x 15 x 3
I farted around and did some other various exercises. It was all in all a good workout. Sean showed up near the end of my workout so I got some good ideas from him.
