Did cardio today. Got bored finally of the elliptical machine so I did 25 minutes of the elliptical and 20 minutes of the bike. Man is the bike every a different workout. Was a pretty good workout, didn't get my heart rate up as high as I would like, felt like I didn't have the energy to move my legs fast enough to get it up there. But it was a solid 45 min cardio.
