Cardio Day - May 12

Did a cardio on Tuesday night. Did a full 45 mins and felt good. Kept my revs around 62 tonight while keeping my HR around 154ish. I did some "sprints" at the end, so in the last 5 minutes I did two 1 minute sprints where I went as fast as I could on the elliptical for 1 minute straight. Hard but good, I was absolutely dripping with sweat by the end of my cardio, I know I worked hard today, felt good.

I'm also thinking I'm going to have to start running outside again, not all the time, but enough to keep that part of my game in shape. It seems like no matter how long you can go on an elliptical or treadmill, outside pounding the pavement is just a whole new ball game. We'll see how that goes.
