Tested to get an idea of where my strength is at. I'm worried that my inconsistency is going to catch up with me. I did flat bench for 4 rep max. Looks like I'm at 185 for a four rep max right now. I just need to train chest consistently for a few weeks and I'm sure I'll have that up to 225. I would like to be at 250 by August if I can. I think that is realistic. After working on my bench I did a quick run. I maintained a 14.5 minute mile for 17 minutes. My aerobic capacity has increased over the last few months for sure, but I need to keep at it. I need to make these workouts more of a priority but feel like I will have to give some other activity up to accommodate........

Yeah that is the sucky thing about working out. It always takes longer than expected. How did the exercising in the morning thing work out for you?
The morning has been better. I've been pretty discouraged the last week so I haven't done anything. Which is counter productive because I then feel worse about it.
