Cardio Day - May 8

Did a 30 min cardio this morning. Kept my revolutions around 66 RPM and my heart rate around 154 for the entire time, did over half the workout at a higher resistance level as well. Felt good today and it is amazing how much easier to get motivated to go to the gym in the morning when you've had a decent nights sleep.
